holidays

for the holidays we are just chilling at home and having a merry Christmas with my family. Christmas is going to be great have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.  HO HO HO HAPPY CHRISTMAS 

year 8

I am looking forward to year 8 but mostly I am hoping that the new year 7 wont be THAT annoying and I hope that we (year 8) can SMASH them in dodge ball and other stuff. year 8 will be fun and hard :)

Dino day

on Thursday we made movies about dinos it was fun. my group was Arthur  Henry and Aiden. Aiden did notheing :)

BOOM FIREWORKS

BOOM FIREWORKS should we celebrate guy Fawkes ? Fireworks are awesome and all but should be light fireworks just cause this dude tried to blow up parliament with fireworks. i think that new holiday to blow up fireworks would be Anthony&friends day on the first of July. holiday post

hey whats up guys ant there an today i am talking about THE SPRING FAIR. My pillow fight stall was awesome and we raised 262 dollars which is great. All my friends help out at my stall and because of this help me got more players and more players = more money. I am sad that we have to give the money to the school because I am such a good person :P   HOPE YOU ALL A HAVE GOOD WEEK :) BYE

DUBSTEP

Dubstep is my new favorite music skrillex is my favorite dupsteper my favourite song from him is bangarang  which has a lot of different tunes and beats. A youtube video of him will be below in the post. I recommend seeing one of his videos or a least giving him  a chance


for those that were wondering minecraft is my second favorite thing and in the future would love to see a resource pack that change the sounds of minecraft into Dupstep PLZ MAKE IT HAPPEN

medieval times

I have really been enjoying medieval times from torture machines 
to full mine craft sieges. I have really been loving listing about the middle ages because apart from ancient Rome middle ages is my favorite subject:P. we have watched videos made a newspaper and even played mine craft to learn about the middle ages Bye have a great week :)      

tech

Tech has been great I have really been enjoying it from woodwork, sowing and cooking (in that order). 
Although the tech has been great most of the teachers have been REALLY strict. My most favorite part of tech was going on the bus and talking to friends. After tech I would catch the train with my friend Arthur and we would walk to my house or to his  and play on the computer or the Xbox. My favorite tech subject was sowing because the teacher was really nice and  what seemed to fix any problem. Tech was a great time was much better than work on a Monday

books group

I have really enjoyed the book group, we have been reading this cool book called THE WIND SINGER. The book is about three kids ( Kestrel her brother bowman and their friend Mumpo )  go a insane quest to try and find a voice of the wind singer so the big metal statue can sing again (using the wind). after 3 sessions of book Group we unlocked crackers so we can now eat food while we talk about the book

painting

I am becoming a really good artist (or at least thats what I tell myself) I manged to paint an apple and I think over the past few weeks I have been painting a lot better. I have been able to make  a clean line (not a BLURRED LINE). i have also been taught how to blend colours and get the shape i want for my painting. i hope i will become a even better artist and that every thing I paint is so bad :(   

painting problems

I am a OK painter but if you asked me to paint the famous this is not a pipe paintting I would have a BIT of a problem ( maybe a bit more than a BIT). I manged after 2 days of painting to get it right (kinda) and spp the test of the paint and it is said to be my best work ( YEAH) and i hope to do a lot more and get better at painting. it was hard to paint but I think I idi well and hope to paint more in school. I am VERY proungd of my painting

basics facts tests

I am okay at basics facts. I know them but I have a problem when its said and not written down because I have always used the written way. I am now bad and I think I need to practice a little bit to get prefect. I have always found the 8 and 7 times table hard but now as a year 7 I need to crack down and do it. I hopping for a good score and a little bit of listening luck in the test   

st brigids

on Wednesday the year 7 and 8 went to st Brigids and we got a morning tea snack.   After morning tea we got to go to our rooms and play indoors games like days of the week. it was all very fun and I like making new friends and talking to new people.

On Wednesday we are going to swap with st Brigids school so we can see there school and they can see ours.

 I hope that 
1)  I will enjoy the day and see what school is like
2) meet some new people 
3) make some new friends ( hopefully) 
4) enjoy the challenges the teachers give us. 
5) hope for best in every thing i do on the day.

 I hope that the challenges are hard ( but are possible)
that the Brigids are nice and that the weather is fine
 

ASB session

Vaney the ASB dude and told room 11 and 12 about keeping our money safe and saving our money in the right place a bank  ( ASB of course). he payed games with us and told us about employments  right and IRD codes and high and low income jobs. i have lots of friends that are big spenders and have low pocket so they need to stop.

he got us all pumped (MONEY MONEY MONEY) and we started shout and it was VERY LOUND(I have to talk in CAPLOCKS). after his talk i felt saving all my money and buying so thing didnt  that didnt work I went to the dariy. It was a good messange to save your money but i doubt it will affect anyone

Holidays

 I went to Auckland in the holidays for nine days and went to:
rainbow's end, Auckland zoo,the movies to see iron man 3 and priate golf.

we went to rainbows I really wanted to go on the hard rides which make you spew.First we went on the easy rides like the log ride and the gold rush then we went to the invader the powersurge and the crocksrew rollercoaster.

The next day I went to the movies with my uncle Robert. We went to see iron man 3 and I had nachos with it, NACHOS, I LOVE NACHOS.The movie was great but really odd because of technology tony stark was using.
 
finally I went to  the zoo with my aunt karen and we look at all the animals.My aunt asked the care takers if they could take me in the area of the apes.

My hoildays were awesome but boring because there were no other
chrildern there.   :(

stats math unit

The statistics math unit was hard because I had no idea what angles until now.
 Because of this I was in the lowest group and most of my friends were above me.
My angels knowledge  is getting better but I need to work on getting them correct. my glad I learnt how to use a protractor and a compass. now I am back with my friends in the same group and we all live happily ever after the end.

E.O.T.C WEEK!!

E.O.T.C was amazing.On Monday we had to walk up mount Kaukau.the track was hard and quite boring because our teacher didn't know the way to the top of the mountain.We took the wrong up once and many others were a bit angry but ben k and I kept our heads cool and we laughed all the way.

Tuesday was a challenge we had a Quiz to challenge our brains.After we left for the park to challenge our body. When we got there we played tee ball,two games similar to doge ball and a cool triple sport game but that wasn't fun for Tommy because he sprained his hand.

This day was filled with laughs fun and exercise. The next day we watched these plays by the capital E workers, actors and the backstage helpers some of the plays were funny and others were just BORING and draged on and on for ages.

 Thursday was my favourite day we made mini movies and I loved the geeky way of editing the videos and I am now making my own videos with my friends. on that day we went into carter observatory down the cable car and into the musem of city and sea and after we went into the glarrey in town and made caly monsters all while making our movie and editing.

Friday was relly fun we went to a pa taka and made braided necklances and went for a swom and played water polo

My favourite day was thursday but I also enjoyed friday because of the swimming

Comic Drawing

My super hero sketch are going great and I am getting a lot better at drawing action scenes.
some of the positions are hard to draw and the art task is hard for me. I now know how long it takes to draw a good comic. I enjoyed the new drawing skills like shading and full action posses.

Year 7

It is awesome being a year 7 .I love the new rights's and seeing friends again after six weeks in the cold Europe.
Europe was great we saw very famous landmarks like ROME. The year 8 students have helped me fit in and now everything feels like normal.The Task system is great and I am loving that I can do what I what when I want at school. I like nacho's( in cause you can't figure it out by my name.)
